Hello, I'm Michelle Khan!
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor (LPCC-S) with over a decade of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. My passion lies in creating a compassionate, supportive, and self-accepting space where clients can explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop strategies for a more fulfilling life.
Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. My practice also focuses on healing the inner child, acculturation challenges, women’s issues, maternal mental health, and parenting support.
My therapeutic approach is attachment-based, trauma-informed, and integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and person-centered therapy. Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process trauma and find healing.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and my goal is to empower you with the tools and insights needed to achieve lasting mental and emotional well-being. Whether you're seeking support during a difficult time or looking to make meaningful changes, I am here to guide you every step of the way.
During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our 3 years old daughter. My self care consists of music, time to myself, being social, spontaneous trips, and being in nature.
If you're ready to take the next step toward healing and personal growth, I invite you to reach out. I look forward to working with you on your path to wellness.
