I approach every new interaction with curiosity and authenticity, and view all humans from an inner child, attachment, and trauma informed care lens. I value that your life experiences have shaped the person you are today, from the way your brain developed to your view of yourself and the world around you. I utilize EMDR, CBT, and other client-centered practices that support growth and safety.


Individual therapy is a safe space where you can share thoughts and feelings and process daily challenges with no fear of judgement. We all deserve a time that we can dedicate to our needs, and I’m here to help you carve that time out. You are the expert on your experiences and are provided the autonomy to drive therapy in the direction you choose. This could mean that some sessions are focused on “venting” about a rough week at work, while others may be more structured and focused on a past traumatic experience.
